Lisa has successfully coached hundreds of candidates through the interview processes of top companies, teaching them how to win the attention of management, land the job and negotiate salary.

Lisa completed a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Psychology from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach.  She spent her early career in teaching and mental health counseling as a clinical social worker.  In 2006, she made a significant career transition into human resources and talent acquisition. Over the next 15 years she worked in Executive Search, "headhunting" for companies to find talent across functions to grow their businesses.  While sourcing for small and large corporations, she screened candidates based upon the needs of hiring managers and received feedback on hundreds of resumes and interviews.

As her skills grew in interviewing, job search, and corporate communication, she chose to combine her experience in education, counseling and recruitment to take the next step in her own career journey: Career Coaching.  Lisa studied for a certificate as a Career Services Provider (CCSP) through the National Career Development Association. She practices career coaching and counseling to help individuals find ways to improve their job hunting skills, explore a new career or achieve career goals.
